Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases (CE&IG) China is a subsidiary of Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group (Group) and incorporated in China. We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our growing Nikkiso CE&IG China team.
This role is dedicated to delivering high-quality on-site technical support and service for customers, serving as a key link between the company and clients in ensuring the stable operation of equipment. The core responsibilities include hands-on execution of equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks to address on-site technical issues promptly. Additionally, the role involves providing professional on-site equipment training to customers, handling warranty claims, and answering technical inquiries to meet customer needs comprehensively.
The incumbent is required to efficiently manage field service calls, proactively resolve problems arising during on-site visits, and maintain effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, while implementing necessary corrective actions when needed. Furthermore, the role entails accurately creating field service reports, systematically maintaining service information in the company's enterprise database, and completing and submitting all required documentation in a timely manner to guarantee the integrity and traceability of service processes and records.
College Diploma or equivalent above
Installation, maintenance, repair of mechanical and electrical systems experience preferred
Refrigeration/HVAC or cryogenic experience preferred
Fluency in English is required.
Technically competent with mechanics and software programs.

Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment is essential.
Can adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
Willing to travel
Good communication skills with customers and colleagues.
Perform hands-on commissioning, troubleshooting, service, and repair
Provide high level technical support to customers at their location, handle warranty requests and respond to customer questions
Provide on-site equipment training to the customers
Create field service reports and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
